Self-Quest
Eight weeks. All in.
Eight weeks of focused inner work. One quality of Self-leadership each week, an IFS session every week, and a daily practice that keeps it alive between them.
This is not a course.
It is a coaching relationship with a structure built around it. Eight weeks, a clear route, two people committed to it, and one intention holding the whole thing together.
A week has 168 hours. Most coaching happens in one of them. Self-Quest is built around the other 167. By week eight, you do not need me in the room for it. You can do it on your own, in the middle of a bad morning.
It starts before the first session
When you book, you get your journal and four questions. Nothing to submit. Just let them sit with you for a few days.
What are you wanting most right now for your life?
What do you want to feel more of?
What needs to transform to create that?
Who would you like to become through this process?
Your answers become the intention we hold for the eight weeks. Everything else is built around it.
How the eight weeks move
Here is the shape of the eight weeks. The detail we go through together.
Landing
We begin by steadying your system, because everything after this depends on it. We write down what you actually came for, and you meet the parts running your days. By the end of these weeks you can feel the difference between being a part and being with it.
Going in
The middle weeks are the deep ones. We turn toward the parts that have been managing you, see your whole system rather than the loudest piece of it, and go toward the thing you have been circling for years. At your pace, and with the agreement of the parts that protect you.
Carrying it home
The last weeks are about making it hold. The parts that have been working too hard get to step back, and you try the new way of responding in real situations from your own week. At the end we keep the practices you will actually use, and those are what you leave with.
Eight qualities, one a week
IFS describes eight qualities that show up when Self is leading your system. Each week of the quest belongs to one of them, with a session, a daily practice, and a breath practice built around it.
An adventure, not a tour
I have never run the same eight weeks twice. The qualities are the terrain. Where we go inside each one depends on you, on what you brought, and on what the week brings.
Some weeks are steady. Some crack open and we stay there for as long as it takes. I follow what is alive in you, which is why I take only a few people at a time.
What holds every week is the same. A session, a breath practice taught live, a page to write on, and someone walking the terrain beside you who has crossed it before.
What a week asks of you
In time, I mean. This is built for people with jobs and full lives.
Minutes, once a week
Our session, on Zoom, at a time we fix at the start so it holds the whole eight weeks.
Minutes a day, at least
Breath practice and the day's page. Fifteen minutes will hold it. The more you bring, the more it gives back. Some mornings you will want an hour, and the page will take it.
Email, between sessions
When something lands mid-week, you write and I answer. The work keeps moving between sessions, and I am there while it does.
What you get
The map, and the person walking it with you
Your Self Journal comes with the program, and it also lives on its own on Amazon. Eight weeks of prompts, one quality at a time, yours whenever you want it.
Walking it alone is a different thing entirely. In Self-Quest I am there the whole way. A session every week where a part gets met and heard out loud. Breathwork taught live and adjusted to your body. Someone who notices when week five goes quiet, and asks.
We all need support, and we all need a cheerleader for the stretches when our own inner cheerleader is tired. The journal is the map. This is the expedition, and I am on it with you.
Who walks this
- You have done inner work before, and you want it to live in your ordinary days.
- Something in your life is asking for a decision, and you want to meet it from a steadier place.
- You feel stuck. Part of you is ready to move and another part is holding the brakes, and you want to understand both.
- You want a structure that holds you for eight weeks, and someone inside it with you.
- You are willing to give it fifteen minutes a day, and more on the mornings when something opens.
It will not fix your situation while you watch. You do the work, and I walk it with you. That is the whole point.
Two people who walked it
They arrived in the middle of a transition. Applying for jobs that frightened them, still processing the one they had left, and thinking badly of themselves most days. The eight weeks gave them clarity and something solid to stand on while everything moved. They got the job. The energy and the confidence came back with it.

They came to reconnect with themselves in the middle of a marriage transition, and to find out what came next. We worked on clarity, built practices that held up their ordinary days, and let go of some beliefs that had been keeping them still. Their mood lifted, their energy returned, and things with their wife got noticeably better.

Who you walk it with
I am Anna. I trained in IFS Therapy through Level 3 at the IFS Institute, I work as a certified Deep Transformational Coach, and I have sat with clients in more than fifteen countries.
This is the deepest work I offer, and I hold only a few people in it at a time. When you are in your eight weeks, you have my full attention for all of them.
More about meThe price
Eight weeks, everything above included. Payment plans available. Prices in USD, euro pricing on request.
Start the QuestIf cost is the only thing in the way, say so. I keep a limited number of sliding scale spots and we will figure something out.
Your employer may cover this.
Many companies have learning and development budgets that go unused every year. An eight-week coaching program usually qualifies under leadership development or personal effectiveness. I provide invoices and session documentation. It is worth one email to your manager.
Questions people ask
No. Week one teaches you everything you need. People arrive having read all the books and people arrive having never heard the word "parts." Both do well.
No. I trained in IFS Therapy through Level 3 at the IFS Institute and I bring that training into coaching. This is coaching and self-exploration, and it is not a substitute for treatment. If you are in active crisis, start with a licensed therapist and I am glad to help you find one.
We move it. Life does what it does, and eight weeks can stretch to ten without losing anything. The order of the work matters more than the calendar.
Missing days happens, and there is usually a part worth meeting behind the missing. What I see is simple: the people who get the most out of these eight weeks are the ones who give it at least fifteen minutes a day.
It builds. The early weeks are gentle and regulating. The longer connected round in week five can bring a lot up, which is why it comes after four weeks of preparation and never before. Everything is guided and adjustable. Tell me about pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, or recent surgery and we adapt the practice.
Yes, and it often works well alongside. Let your therapist know what you are doing. If it is useful, I am happy to coordinate.
Either. The sessions, the journal, and the practices all exist in both. Everything happens on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
We start when you are ready. I hold only a few Self-Quest clients at a time, because these eight weeks ask a lot of me as well.
Eight weeks, one quality at a time.
If you want to talk it through before you decide, that is what the call is for.
