I was born in Russia. Moved to Argentina at 13. To the United States at 20. Each time I landed somewhere new, I had to figure out systems that weren't built for me, learn fast, and build stability from nothing.
I put myself through college and a master's degree working two jobs. Then I spent a decade inside startups, always close to the founder, always in the room where things were actually breaking down.
I was good at operations. I could build systems, move fast, hold teams together. But I kept watching the same thing happen. Good companies, smart people, real potential. And then something underneath would pull everything sideways. Conflict nobody named. Burnout nobody admitted. Patterns that repeated no matter how many processes we built.
I burned out too. Not dramatically. Just slowly, until I didn't recognize myself.
That's when two paths that had been running in parallel finally met. I had spent years going inward through breathwork, movement, meditation, and sitting in transformational circles in different parts of the world. That inner work had always been as real to me as any spreadsheet or operations plan. IFS gave me the language to bring both worlds together.
I trained in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute, Levels 1, 2, and 3. I trained in Deep Transformational Coaching. I've worked with clients across more than 15 countries.
The work is practical. It shows up in real conversations, real decisions, real relationships. But it goes to the root. That's the only place change actually happens.
I'm based between the US and Italy. I work online. Sessions are in English or Spanish.
