The real work is on the inside. Everything else follows.
For professionals in the middle of a change. A job, a marriage, a team that stopped working, the chapter after a degree. You can see the decision. Something inside you keeps circling it.
We work with that something, using Internal Family Systems (IFS). Then we build what comes next together: the plan, the hard conversation, the setup that takes the load off. Online, in English and Spanish.
Trained at the IFS Institute through Level 3, its highest. Certified Deep Transformational Coach. More than ten years in operations. Clients in more than 15 countries. Author of Already in a Meeting.
Anna was instrumental during my work and life transition. I received more than I could ever expect. Thank you for the support and the patience in the times when I could not decide which direction to go, and for the clarity and the steadiness.

Her ability to listen with curiosity and without judgment makes her a great parts detector. She allows my process to unfold organically while trusting my instincts, even when I don't trust myself.

Who I work with
People in Transition
Something big is moving. A job you need to leave, or one you're scared to want. A relationship you're deciding about. A degree you can't quite finish, because finishing means choosing what comes next. You don't need someone to decide for you. You need to hear all of you before you do.
Professionals & Leaders
You're good at what you do, and people rely on you. Lately it costs more than it should. You're carrying the team, or the house, mostly alone. The dream job turned into something else, and you're already wondering how not to burn out at the next one. The inner critic calls itself motivation. Mostly it's exhausting.
People Going Deeper
You've done the retreats, the therapy, the personal work. Something shifted. Now you want to integrate it, so that what you saw holds up in your daily life, in how you speak to the people close to you, in how you show up at work on an ordinary Tuesday. The clarity shouldn't be gone by Thursday. This is how it stays.
What this work actually looks like
Four made-up people. Very real parts. Tap a card for the meeting inside.
The one who checked her CV for lies
She finally got the interview. Her first move was to reread her CV, looking for anything she'd made up.
We met a part that had kept her small since she was the new kid in a new country. Being underestimated felt safer to it. We thanked it, and asked it to sit in the back row for one hour. Then we wrote her story, practiced it out loud, and she walked in knowing what she'd done.
The lawyer who can't stop
Just this case. Just this quarter. She had been saying it for six years.
Under the exhaustion we found a part convinced that being needed is the only safe way to be loved, and a younger one still waiting for its first day off. She still works hard. The difference is that now somebody's actually driving.
The one everyone leans on
Beloved. Reliable. Running on empty where nobody sees it. Her relationships flowed one direction: outward.
We met the part that decided, very early, that having needs makes you a burden. It took some convincing. She didn't become less generous. She became reachable, and someone finally got to hold her.
The one deciding whether to stay
Twenty years in. Separate floors. Everyone has advice, and the word "divorce" comes up in every fight and gets taken back the next day.
One part was sure leaving meant failing. Another was sure staying meant disappearing. Both were scared, and both had a point. Once each one was heard, the question changed. It became "what's the next clear, kind step." Some people leave. Some stay and change how they stay. Either way, it gets chosen.
These four are composites. I made the people up. The parts, however, are entirely real, and they book sessions every week.

What we explore
1:1 Coaching
Inner work and outer work, in the same sessions.
We meet the parts that push, protect, or shut down. The inner critic, the perfectionist, the exhausted one. You learn to work with them instead of against them.
We build what comes next. A plan with real milestones, the CV, the script for Thursday. When AI can carry part of the load, we set it up together.

Sacred Circles
Seven weeks in a small group doing deep work together. Something shifts when you witness others going through what you thought was only yours.
Couples Coaching
Two people, two sets of parts, one relationship. My husband Dario and I work with couples together. He's an organizational psychologist trained in IFS. The same argument on repeat is reason enough.
I came to this work through living it.
I was born in Russia. Moved to Argentina at 13, then to the United States at 20. I put myself through college and a master's degree working two jobs. Then over ten years inside startups, always in the room where things were breaking. I burned out too. Slowly, until I didn't recognize myself.
That's when I stopped trying to fix the outside. I had been doing inner work for years. Breathwork, meditation, circles in different parts of the world. When I found IFS, something clicked.
I trained through the IFS Institute, all three levels, and I'm a certified Deep Transformational Coach. The operations years come with me. When you need a plan, a budget, or a system for what's next, we build it together in the session. Since then I've worked with clients in more than 15 countries. Whatever brought you here, you're welcome here.
