How long are the sessions?
Individual sessions are 60 minutes, providing ample time for deep exploration and integration.

For ongoing personal sessions, we typically meet weekly or every two weeks. For transformational programs, we establish a regular rhythm that supports your specific goals.

How many sessions will I need?
Transformation is unique for each person. Some experience significant shifts in 4-6 sessions, while deeper work may unfold over several months. We'll discuss what might be right for you during our discovery session.

What's the difference between transformational coaching and therapy?
Both transformational coaching and therapy involve deep inner work, but with different frameworks and intentions. As a transformational IFS coach, I facilitate profound exploration to address root causes of patterns and challenges, helping you access your authentic Self and harmonize your inner system.
